Thank you for shopping at Xmashappy.com! All our ornaments are handcrafted and shipped from Poland with the utmost care for safe delivery.
📦 Processing Time
Ready-made items (limited collections): shipped within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Personalized items (e.g. pet portrait ornaments): 5–8 business days. Orders are fulfilled in the sequence they are placed and paid.

🇺🇸 United States
- Carrier: FedEx Ecommerce International
- Delivery: 5–7 business days
- Free shipping on orders over $300 USD
- Orders under $300 USD: $29 shipping fee
- Import duties and taxes may be collected upon delivery by US Customs. The customer is responsible for any such charges. We are working on implementing a full DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) solution in the near future.

- Delivery: 5–7 business days
- Free shipping on orders over $350 CAD; otherwise $35 CAD
- Import duties may apply upon delivery

📑 Tracking A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
🚫 Uncollected Packages If a package is not collected and returned to us, any additional logistics costs are the responsibility of the customer.
🧊 Winter Packaging Glass is fragile. During winter months we apply additional thermal and protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.
