1. About Our Products All ornaments are hand-blown using traditional glass-blowing techniques, hand-painted, and finished by our artisans in Częstochowa, Poland. As unique pieces of art, minor variations between individual items may occur. Many collections are limited edition.
2. Orders An order is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. A confirmation email is sent immediately. For personalized items, production begins after the customer provides required materials (e.g., reference photos).
3. Pricing & Taxes Prices are displayed in USD. Customers outside the EU are responsible for any import duties or taxes upon delivery, unless otherwise stated.
4. Payment We accept payment via Shopify Payments (credit/debit cards) and PayPal. Unpaid orders may be cancelled after 24 hours.
5. Production & Shipping Times
- Ready-made items: shipped within 1–3 business days
- Personalized items: 5–8 business days after materials received
- During peak season, orders are fulfilled in the order they are placed and paid.
6. Shipping A tracking link is provided once your order ships. Any damage must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
7. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our separate Return & Refund Policy. Personalized and limited edition items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged in transit.
8. Intellectual Property All product photography, designs, and content are the property of xmashappy.com. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, carrier actions, or customer error (incorrect address, failed delivery attempt).
10. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available in our store.
