Created over 36 hours of uninterrupted work, it was painted in a moment when the war in Ukraine was no longer just news but a pulse under the skin.
A nation’s heart pulled from both sides by two forces trying to tear it apart.

The figures in the flames are not fantasy.
They are the symbols of power, ego, and destruction the demons dancing over the suffering of ordinary people.
On the other side, two hands like steel traps try to rip the heart of the nation in half.

Fire is the war.
The dance is the struggle.
The heart is the people who refuse to die.

This piece exists because I could not stay silent.

Forged in fire. Painted in grief.
